Made from Korean organic king oyster mushrooms in two forms. Size and shape can be customized to your order.

Cut into cubes or rectangles, then dried (sample size 8×8×3 mm)

Uses Dumpling filling, salad and rice bowl toppings, instant noodle garnish, udon topping, porridge and soup, snacks, plant-based meat ingredient

Powder

Dried and finely milled

Uses Natural flavor enhancer, seasoning (salads, pizza, pasta, smoothies), supplement powder blends
