If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can contact us by email (nexes234@gmail.com) instead of using the form.

6. Destruction

When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we destroy personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Contact the Privacy Officer below in writing, by phone or by email, and we will act without delay.

We limit access to personal information to the minimum number of staff and use encryption in transit (HTTPS), among other measures.
